We are relocation agents that specialise in letting houses to corporate and professional tenants from local businesses and companies, along with universities and hospitals.
We are looking for local letting agents to work with, renting houses on long-term leases for a win-win arrangement. If you have properties on your books that we could look at, the tangible benefits are numerous:
- You will get the tenant-find fee from the landlord
- You will continue to get the management fee if the property is currently fully managed by you
- We take care of the property, collect rent from our tenants, and handle minor maintenance and tenant issues
- You would not be required to undertake any work except pass on the guaranteed rent to the landlord
The letting agent simply needs to find us a suitable property and then collect their commission for the next five years with little ongoing effort.
What type of property are we looking for?
Ideally this would be a licensed HMO with four or more bedrooms. We can use properties in any part of town and in any condition, but they must be in areas that we deem to be suitable.
How does it work?
- You provide us with a house, and we pay the rent
- You keep all the tenant-find fees and management fees, as agreed with the owner
- We upgrade the house, place our corporate tenants, and manage the property fully
- We pay the agreed rent directly to you if you manage the property, or directly to the landlord every month
- At the end of the agreement the house is returned in a clean and good condition
